You can access the IoT.live Portal through your organisation’s dedicated portal URL.

Sign in to the portal
- Open the IoT.livePortal login page.
- Enter your email address or username.
- Enter your password.
- Select Login.
If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled for your account, you’ll be prompted to complete an additional verification step after entering your password.
Access methods and available applications depend on your assigned permissions and organisation configuration.
User access types
IoT.live Portal users can have different access levels depending on their role.
Access Type | Description |
|---|---|
UI Access | Access to the web portal interface |
API Access | Programmatic API access |
UI + API Access | Access to both the portal and APIs |
The Launchpad
After signing in, you’ll land on the IoT.live Launchpad.
The Launchpad provides access to the different IoT.live applications and modules available to your organisation.

Depending on your permissions, you may see modules for:
- Connectivity Management
- Analytics
- Account Management
- Billing and Invoices
- Other enabled services
Navigation basics
The top navigation bar is available throughout the platform and provides quick access to:
- Available applications
- Account settings
- User and organisation management
- Account switching
- Logout options
Selecting the IoT.live logo from anywhere in the platform returns you to the Launchpad home screen.
