Search categories
Search options are organised into categories to simplify navigation.
Common categories include:
Category | Description |
|---|---|
Inventory | Device and connection information |
Usage | Data, SMS, and voice usage |
Operational | Lifecycle and status information |
Customer | Customer and tagging information |
Audit | Historical activity and events |
Combine multiple criteria
You can combine multiple filters to create highly targeted operational views.
Examples include:
- Active devices with high data usage
- Devices assigned to a specific customer
- SIMs without recent activity
- Devices on a specific provider and rate plan
Combining multiple criteria can significantly reduce large result sets and improve operational visibility.
Sort advanced search results
Advanced Search supports custom sorting and prioritisation of results.
Results can typically be sorted by:
- Usage
- Activity date
- Device status
- Activation date
- Provider information

Use date-based filtering
Many search categories support date filtering to help analyse operational activity over time.
Examples include:
- Recently activated devices
- Usage during a billing period
- Recent audit activity
- Newly added subscriptions

Search performance
Large or highly complex searches may take additional time to process depending on:
- Dataset size
- Number of criteria
- Provider integrations
- Historical data range
Narrowing date ranges and reducing unnecessary filters can improve search performance.
