Provider synchronisation delays
Some provider platforms may not update operational information immediately.
This means:
- Status changes may take time to appear
- Usage reporting may be delayed
- Lifecycle updates may not synchronise instantly
Provider-side delays can sometimes cause temporary differences between the IoT.live Portal and the underlying connectivity platform.
Permissions and access
Diagnostics availability depends on:
- User permissions
- Provider capabilities
- Account configuration
- Subscription type
Some advanced diagnostic tools may only be available to administrative users.
