Connectivity Provider (CDP) Management
The IoT.live Portal integrates with multiple Connectivity Management Platforms (CMPs) and connectivity providers through CDP accounts.
CDP integrations allow the platform to:
- Synchronise SIM inventory
- Perform lifecycle operations
- Retrieve usage information
- Manage rate plans
- Support eSIM orchestration workflows

Supported providers
The platform supports integrations with multiple connectivity providers and CMP platforms, including:
- Cisco Jasper
- Ericsson DCP
- Verizon ThingSpace
- Vodafone GDSP

To manage connectivity providers:
- Open Account Management
- Select CDP Management

What you can manage
Within CDP Management, administrators can:
- Add new provider integrations
- Update connection credentials
- Configure provider-specific settings
- Remove integrations
- Manage synchronisation settings
Before adding a provider
Before creating a CDP integration, ensure you have:
- Provider account credentials
- API or platform access permissions
- Required authentication information
- Any provider-specific configuration details
Connectivity provider credentials should be stored securely and only managed by authorised administrators.
