Join an Existing Account

If your organisation already has an IoT.live Portal account, an administrator can invite you to join it.
Once invited, you’ll receive an email with instructions to activate your access.

What happens after you're invited
Depending on how your administrator configured the invitation:
- You may receive a temporary password
- Or you may be asked to create your own password during activation
In both cases, you’ll need to verify ownership of your email address before you can access the platform.
Activate your account
- Open the invitation email.
- Select the activation link.
- Verify your email address.
- Set your password if prompted.
- Accept the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
- Accept the privacy policy.
It may take a short period of time for analytics and account data to become fully available after activation.
Access permissions
Your access to applications and features within the IoT.live Portal depends on:
- Your organisation’s subscribed services
- Your assigned user role and permissions
