If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the IoT.live Portal login screen.

Reset your password
- Open the IoT.live Portal login page.
- Select Forgot password.
- Enter your email address or username.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email.

Password reset emails may take a few minutes to arrive. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email.
Resetting a user password as an administrator
Organisation administrators can also trigger password resets for users from the User Management section of the portal.
This is useful when:
- A user cannot access their account
- A password reset email was not received
- A user requires assistance regaining access

Account security
For security reasons:
- Password reset links expire automatically
- Password reset links can only be used once
- Multiple failed login attempts may temporarily lock access
