Manage Connections
The Inventory Management module allows you to monitor and manage individual or bulk device connections across your deployment.
This includes:
- Viewing device information
- Managing connection states
- Updating rate plans
- Applying tags
- Running diagnostics
- Performing eSIM operations

Connection list overview
The main inventory table provides a real-time operational view of your connected devices and subscriptions.
Depending on your configuration, displayed information may include:
- ICCID
- IMSI
- MSISDN
- Provider
- Connection status
- Usage information
- Rate plan
- Tags
- Last activity

Open a device record
To view detailed information for a specific connection:
- Locate the device in the inventory table
- Select the device record
This opens the detailed device view.

Device details view
The device details page provides access to:
- Connection identifiers
- Provider information
- Usage statistics
- Assigned rate plans
- Tags and attributes
- Diagnostics tools
- eSIM operations
Available actions may vary depending on:
- Provider capabilities
- User permissions
- Device type
- Subscription status
Select multiple devices
Bulk operations can be performed across multiple connections simultaneously.
To select multiple devices:
- Use the selection checkboxes in the inventory table
- Choose the required action from the bulk actions menu

Supported bulk actions may include:
- Rate plan changes
- Native mode updates
- Tag assignment
- eSIM operations
Apply filters before bulk operations to reduce the risk of unintended changes.
Monitor operational status
The inventory view provides visibility into operational connection states such as:
- Active
- Suspended
- Inactive
- Provisioning
- Error states

Available statuses may differ between connectivity providers.
Export inventory data
Inventory datasets can be exported for:
- Operational reporting
- Troubleshooting
- Customer reporting
- External analysis
