Saved Searches
Saved Searches allow you to quickly reuse commonly used search and filtering criteria across the IoT.live Portal.
This helps streamline day-to-day operations and reduces the need to repeatedly rebuild complex searches.

Why use Saved Searches
Saved Searches are useful for:
- Frequently monitored device groups
- Operational dashboards
- High-usage monitoring
- Customer-specific views
- Troubleshooting workflows
- Audit and reporting tasks
Examples include:
- Active devices in a specific region
- Devices with high monthly usage
- Recently activated SIMs
- Devices assigned to a customer
- Suspended connections
Save a search
After applying search criteria or filters:
- Select Save Search
- Enter a name for the search
- Save the configuration

Use clear naming conventions to make searches easier to identify later.
Example naming formats:
- UK Active Devices
- High Usage SIMs
- Customer - ACME
- Suspended Connections
Access saved searches
Saved searches can typically be accessed from:
- Search panels
- Search dropdown menus
- Module toolbars
Selecting a saved search automatically reapplies the stored filters and criteria.

Update a saved search
To modify an existing saved search:
- Load the saved search
- Adjust the filters or criteria
- Save the updated configuration

Delete a saved search
To remove a saved search:
- Open the saved searches list
- Select the search
- Choose Delete
- Confirm the action

Deleting a saved search removes only the saved configuration, not the underlying data.
